Every November, International Project Management Day reminds us that behind every successful project are dedicated professionals managing the transformation of complex visions into reality.

For PM Link, IPM Day 2025’s theme, ‘The Power Trio: Project, Leader, and Agile’, carries a special meaning. Our project management professionals have been consistent champions of improvement with measurable impact in workflows and projects. This commitment to company transformation and excellence in project delivery was reflected in our recognition as a Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Company of the Year Award 2025 (Small & Mid-Sized Firm) finalist.

Over the years, PM Link has managed hundreds of projects, from large-scale public projects to corporate real estate, each with their own unique schedule, cost, and time requirements.

Building Strength Through Transformation

PM Link’s transformation journey began several years ago, driven by the need to become more resilient and adaptive in an ever-changing business landscape. Our proudest achievement lies not in the numbers, but in the way our people have remained agile, embraced change, and grown. Through our Operational and Technology Roadmap (OTR) and employee-led workgroups focusing on quality, technology, and sustainability, we have cultivated a culture of continuous improvement. These initiatives have strengthened our operational efficiency, empowered teams to innovate from the ground up, and give back to the community where we can.

Our partnership with Airsquire, formalised through a multi-year Memorandum of Understanding, has enabled us to advance Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) capabilities and transform how we track progress, manage data, and communicate across project teams. Beyond operational gains, this collaboration also powers our pro bono involvement in the Marine Parade Community Care Hub (now known as The Anchor @ Marine Parade), Singapore’s first inclusive community space bringing together social services under one roof. We are proud to be managing a project that exemplifies how innovation can drive social good.

Leading to Inspire

Leadership in PM Link is defined by the ability to inspire others, navigate complexity with confidence, and drive meaningful transformation. Across our teams, we see individuals who not only deliver successful projects but also embody the values of innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth.

This year, we are proud to celebrate two of PM Link’s leaders who have been recognised within the built environment community for their outstanding contributions and leadership.

Mr Ngo Wei Quan, Managing Director (PM Link and Construction Professionals (CPPL)), was recognised by the Society of Project Managers (Singapore) (SPM) with the Outstanding Young Project Manager (Merit) award at its 30th Anniversary and Awards Dinner. The award acknowledges his forward-thinking mindset, ability to navigate challenges with clarity, and dedication to advancing the practice of project management.

Ms Pan Min Zin, Director (PM Link), received the Association of Women in Construction (AWiCS)-SPM Woman Project Manager of the Year award in the aged 45 and below category. This recognition celebrates not only her professional excellence, but also her leadership in championing diversity and empowering more women to pursue and thrive in project management and the wider built environment sector.

There was twice the celebration at the award ceremony, as Er. Audrey Tee, Senior Vice President (CPG Consultants), also clinched the AWiCS-SPM Woman Project Manager of the Year (trailblazers aged above 45 (“Young-at-heart”) category). Both wins showed that exceptional project management is a core strength of CPG, driven by the passion and expertise of our people.
