PM Link at 25: Building on Experience, Looking to the Future
Twenty-five years is more than a milestone. It is a measure of experience, trust and the relationships built along the way.
On 10 April 2026, PM Link marked its 25th anniversary, celebrating over two decades of project management excellence and its contribution to Singapore's built environment.
Established in 2001 as a wholly owned subsidiary of CPG Corporation, we have grown into one of Singapore's established project management firms. Today, we deliver complex building and construction projects across Singapore, drawing on the multidisciplinary expertise of the CPG Group to provide holistic solutions for its clients.
But the story of PM Link is ultimately not just about the number of years in business. It is about the projects delivered, the partnerships forged, the challenges overcome and the collective expertise that has shaped the company along the way.
25 years of delivering what matters
Project management can often be less visible than the buildings and infrastructure it helps bring to life. Yet behind every successful project is a complex web of decisions, coordination, planning and collaboration.
Our portfolio reflects that breadth. Over the years, our project teams have contributed to iconic local developments including Gardens by the Bay, the State Courts, Family Justice Courts, Ng Teng Fong General Hospital, the National Centre for Infectious Diseases and Eunoia Junior College, among other major projects.
These projects span different typologies and present different challenges, but they share a common requirement: bringing diverse stakeholders together to achieve a shared outcome. That has remained central to PM Link's approach.
Our role goes beyond simply coordinating activities - project managers work across cost, time, quality, safety, stakeholder expectations and delivery, providing leadership and helping project teams navigate the challenges that inevitably arise along the way.
The result is a simple but important objective: helping clients deliver projects within scope, on time and within budget, while creating environments that serve the communities who ultimately use them.
From experience to innovation
The built environment has changed considerably over the past 25 years, and project management has had to change with it.
Technology, digital delivery, sustainability and productivity are reshaping how projects are planned and delivered. We recognised this shift early, progressively transforming its project management processes through Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) and exploring technologies that can improve collaboration, visibility and efficiency.
PM Link’s Managing Director, Mr Ngo Wei Quan, spoke about the company’s ambition to digitalise and strengthen its position as a leader in digital adoption within the project management consultancy industry.
We signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) with two firms, Airsquire and Lean Station, to form partnerships that would advance the digitalisation of project management in the built environment sector. Through our partnership with Lean Station, we have been progressively exploring and expanding the use of digital solutions such as Lean PlanDo to support more collaborative, efficient, and data-driven project delivery.
At the same time, our partnership with Airsquire presented an opportunity to extend the value of digitalisation beyond our projects and give back to the community. We invited Airsquire to work with us while we provide pro-bono work for the creation of The Anchor @ Marine Parade, a first-of-its-kind community space dedicated to an accessible consolidation of social service tenants delivering upstream services to residents and encourage long-term inclusive employment within Marine Parade.
As we continue to build digital resilience into our business and people, our 25th anniversary therefore represents not only an opportunity to reflect on the past, but also a moment to consider what comes next.
The people behind 25 years
For all the emphasis on technology and transformation, our 25th anniversary is ultimately a celebration of the project managers, professionals, clients, consultants, contractors, partners and stakeholders who have contributed to our journey.
An anniversary cake was prepared for the celebration, with past and present leadership coming together to mark PM Link’s new milestone.
It is also a reflection of the strength that comes from being part of the CPG Group. As CPG's project management arm, we draw on expertise across architecture, engineering, infrastructure, development and facilities management to bring multidisciplinary perspectives to complex projects.
That collaborative foundation has helped us build lasting partnerships with clients and industry stakeholders. These connections, alongside our technical capabilities, have been instrumental in delivering successful projects.
Looking ahead to the next 25 years
If the past 25 years were defined by establishing expertise, building trust and delivering increasingly complex projects, the next 25 will be shaped by how effectively we embrace change.
Digitalisation will continue to evolve. Artificial intelligence will create new possibilities. Lean thinking will become increasingly relevant as the industry seeks greater productivity and less waste. And collaborative project delivery will become even more important as projects grow more interconnected.
Colleagues and friends gathered for an evening of dinner and celebration as the company marked its 25th anniversary, with a handmade anniversary artwork created to mark the milestone.
For us, the opportunity is not simply to embrace new technologies and approaches, but to turn them into practical value for clients.
The years ahead will undoubtedly bring new challenges. But if the first 25 years have demonstrated anything, it is that successful project management is ultimately about bringing expertise, collaboration, and ideas together to create something greater than the sum of its parts.

Twenty-five years on, we are not simply looking back at what we have built.
We are looking ahead to what it can build next, with greater collaboration, smarter ways of working, a stronger commitment to sustainability, and an openness to new ideas and technologies.
Because the future of project management is not just about building more. It is about finding a better way forward. And that may be the most fitting way to celebrate a 25th anniversary: honour the experience, appreciate the people, embrace the change, and continue bringing project management excellence to our clients, our projects and the built environment.
